For the Financial Market, I inform you, as an essential fact, that yesterday
December 9, Empresas Carozzi S.A., Mac Clure Lyon SpA and Mr. Salvador Mac
Clure Lyon, have materialized the closing of the transaction informed to this
Commission by means of an essential fact dated 22 July.
On the occasion of the closing of this transaction, Empresas Carozzi S.A. acquired,
among others, 100% of the social rights of Lecherías Loncomilla Limitada and the
domain of the San Francisco de Loncomilla brand. They have also been held
lease agreements with Mac Clure Lyon SpA and Lecherías Loncomilla Dos
Limited for the use of the land on which the plant is located.
