ESSENTIAL FACT
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and General Rule No. 30 of that Law
Commission, being duly empowered, I report, as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors
of Empresas Carozzi S.A., in a meeting held on November 21, and
Within a succession process at the corporate governance level, it has agreed on the following:
1. Accept the resignation from the position of General Manager of Mr. Sebastián García Tagle, to
count from January 1, 2023, who on that same date will assume the Management
General of our parent company Carozzi S.A.
2. To appoint as General Manager of the company Mr. Santiago Valdés Birrel,
count from January 1, 2023.
The Board of Directors, in the same session, agreed to thank the excellent management carried out
by Mr. Sebastián García Tagle and congratulate Mr. Santiago Valdés Birrel for his
appointment.
