In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and second paragraph of article
10* of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and in Section II of the Standard
General Character N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and
being duly empowered to this effect, I comply with informing the following
Essential Fact regarding Empresas Carozzi S.A. (the “Company”):
Dated today, August 4, 2022, by Dutch auction, on the Stock Exchange
Comercio de Santiago, the entire issuance of Series T bonds of
Empresas Carozzi S.A., for an amount of UF 1,500,000, at a placement rate
final of 2.94% (the “Series T Bonds”).
Series T Bonds have a maturity of 10 years, with interest payments
semi-annual and a cover rate of 3.15% per year.
Finally, we inform that the funds from the placement of the Bonds
Series T will be used to refinance short-term liabilities of the
Society.
