In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045, of the Securities Market, and in the General Rule N* 30 of the Commission for
the Financial Market (“CMF”), being duly empowered to this effect, inform you of the
following with character of Essential Fact of EMPRESAS AQUACHILE S.A. (hereinafter the
“Society”):
At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, April 13, 2023,
agreed to call the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28, 2023, at 08:30 a.m., in
the offices of the Company, located in Cardonal without number Lot B, commune and city of Puerto
Montt, in order to deal with the following matters:
to. Approval of the annual report, balance sheet, financial statements and report of the
External Auditors for the year ended December 31,
2022.
Distribution of profits for the year 2022.
Presentation on the Company’s dividend policy.
Renew the directory.
Set remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2023.
To account for the expenses of the Board of Directors during 2022.
Appoint External Auditors for the financial year 2023.
Determine the newspaper in which the publications of the Society will be made.
Give an account of Operations with related persons (Title XVI of the Law)
N*18.046).
j. Other matters of social interest and competence of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
