Executive of the Business System – SEP, where it is reported that the Board agreed to appoint Mr.
Raúl Fernando Saldívar Auger, identity card 5.842.069-7 as Director and President of the
Board of Directors from December 28, 2022 to October 12, 2023, replacing and in the
the same conditions under which Mr. Carlos Galleguillos Carvajal.
