In compliance with current regulations, I inform you that Empresa Portuaria Austral, RUT:
61.956.700-5, registered in the Special Register of Reporting Entities of the Market Commission
Financial (Ex SVS), under N*82, by virtue of the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10″ of Law N*18.045 on
the Securities Market, and the provisions of Section 2.2. of the General Standard N*284 of 2010,
communicates as an Essential Fact, the following matter related to change in its administration:
By Ord. No.00147, dated 20.05.2022 of the Executive Director of the SEP Mr. Bernardo Troncoso
Narváez, it is reported that the SEP Council, in a session of May 19, 2022, agreed that the Board of Directors of
Empresa Portuaria Austral, will be formed as follows:
i. Mr. Gabriel Aldoney Vargas, who is appointed as Chairman of the Board, replacing and in the
the same conditions under which Mr. Alejandro García Huidobro Ochagavía, since 23
May 2022 and until October 1, 2023.
ii. Ms. Jessica Saldivia Maldonado, in place and under the same conditions as the
Mrs. Laura Álvarez Yercic, from May 23, 2022 until October 1, 2025.
li. Mr. Mr. José Retamales Espinoza, replacing and under the same conditions as Ms.
Verónica Peragallo Quijada, from May 23, 2022 to October 1, 2025.
