In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10? of Law No. 18,045, as indicated in the
General Rule N* 30 and in accordance with the fourth paragraph of article ten
(transitory), of Law N* 20.285 and in accordance with the amendments introduced by the
Law No. 21.314, to Article 16 of Law 18.045, which provides that “without prejudice to the
Policies adopted by each issuer, directors, managers, administrators and officers
principals of an issuer of publicly offered securities, as well as their spouses, cohabitants
and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, may not perform,
directly or indirectly, transactions on securities issued by the issuer, within
the thirty days prior to the disclosure of the quarterly or annual financial statements of
the latter.”
That “For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, issuers of publicly offered securities shall

less thirty days in advance of such disclosure.”
