(transitory), of Law N* 20,285, it is reported that by means of Resolution N* 20/2023,
dated January 18, 2023, of the Executive Directorate of the NATIONAL COMPANY OF
AERONÁUTICA DE CHILE – ENAER, proceeded to modify the organic structure of
ENAER, creating, as of February 01, 2023, the Project Management
Strategic. In view of the above, Mr. Pablo Astica Capra was appointed, sole role
