In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10? of Law No. 18,045, as indicated in the Standard
of General Character N* 30 and in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the tenth (transitory) article, of
Law N* 20.285, it is reported that the NATIONAL AERONAUTICAL COMPANY OF CHILE –
ENAER, signed with the company LATAM AIRLINES GROUP S.A – LATAM, a Contract of
Dation in Payment and Subscription of Series F Bonds, for the sum of UF 11,707 (eleven thousand seven hundred
seven Development Units).
The purpose of the aforementioned Agreement was to extinguish the credit that ENAER had verified in
the LATAM Reorganization process, in accordance with the rules of Chapter 11 of the Law of
Bankruptcy of the United States of America.
