In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10” of Law No. 18,045, to what is indicated in the Standard
of General Character N* 30 and in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the tenth (transitory) article, of
Law No. 20,285, it is reported that on November 25, 2022, through the SSD Office. DJ
(P) N* 1484 of the Undersecretariat of Defense, the National Aeronautics Company of Chile –
ENAER, was informed that, through Supreme Decree No. 5, of October 4, 2022, S.E
the President of the Republic, Mr. Gabriel Boric Font, appointed Mr. Yerko David Benavides Brito,
RUN N? 8.446.811-8, as its representative on the Board of Directors of ENAER.
In the same way, the aforementioned Office annulled Supreme Decree N? 001 of 6 April
of 2021, of the Ministry of National Defense, which appointed as previous director, Mrs.
Janet Marlis Hechenleitner Nannig.
Finally, the aforementioned Office was entered into the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic for
Toma de Razón, dated February 13, 2022, is currently in process.
