In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10” of Law No. 18,045, to what is indicated in the Standard
of General Character N* 30 and in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the tenth (transitory) article, of
Law No. 20,285, it is reported that on October 21, 2022, the National Company of
Aeronáutica de Chile – ENAER, signed Contract 12-2022 for the Development and Provision of
an Integrated Flight Instruction System for the Chilean Air Force.
Details of the contract are not disclosed because they are subject to confidentiality clauses. No
however, it is a contract that is signed for a significant amount, which will allow ENAER to activate
its aircraft design and manufacturing capabilities.
