In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10” of Law No. 18,045, to what is indicated in the Standard
of General Character N” 30 and in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the tenth (transitory) article, of
Law No. 20,285, it is reported that Mr. KLAUS HARTMANN SAMHABER, Unique National Role
N* 7.021.806-2, submitted his resignation from the position of Planning and Development Manager of the
Empresa Nacional de Aeronáutica de Chile, resignation that became effective today, 30 of
September 2022.
Likewise, it is reported that with this same date, he assumed as Planning Manager and
Development of ENAER, as interim Mr. HERNÁN ARANEDA MUÑOZ.
