In accordance with the provisions of Art. 92 and paragraph 22 of art. 102 of Law 18.045, Market Law
of Securities, the provisions of General Standard N2 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, and duly authorized by the Board of Directors, I inform you of the essential fact or information
next:
At the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 26, 2022, it was unanimously agreed,
accept the resignation presented by Mr. Rodrigo Parraguez Córdova to the position of General Manager of the
Society and appoint in his replacement Mr. Miguel Castillo Quezada, all from day 1 of
September 2022.
The Board expressed its thanks and appreciation for the efforts of Mr. Parraguez in
EDELMAG, highlighting its great support and loyalty, its achievements and its important contribution to the
society.
Mr. Miguel Castillo Quezada is an industrial civil engineer from the University of Valparaíso and MBA from the University of Valparaíso
University of Los Andes. His professional career has always been linked to the CGE Group, where
held several positions of responsibility and from 2020 in the position of Zonal Manager of CGE
for the regions of Biobío and Ñuble.
