From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Empresa Eléctrica de la
Frontera S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, in a meeting held on this date,
the Board of Directors agreed to call the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28,
2023 and propose to the Board the distribution of a dividend of $0.00054315022510 per share, with
Charge to the profits of the year 2022. The total amount to be distributed amounts to the sum of
$4,050,249,150, corresponding to 30% of said profits.
