to you that in a meeting held on this date, the Board of Directors of Empresa Eléctrica de
Frontera S.A. (the “Company”) appointed the director Mr. Jorge Lesser García-
Huidobro in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Company and the Director
