S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, in a meeting held on this date, the
The Board of Directors agreed to call the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28,
2023 and propose to the Board not to distribute dividends, given that the Company had losses during
the financial year 2022.
