By agreement of the Board of Directors of Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro S.A., in session
held on March 27, 2023, it was agreed to convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to
on April 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Company’s offices, located in
Avenida Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins N*”1414 or remotely through the app
Microsoft Teams of Office 365, within the framework of the provisions of the General Rule
N*435 and in Circular Letter N*1141 of the Commission for the Financial Market.
