In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of the law
N* 18.045 and in the General Standard N* 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, duly authorized, I comply with informing you of the following essential fact
with respect to the Company.
By agreement of the Board of Directors, adopted unanimously by the attending directors, in session
held on September 12, 2022, it was resolved to convene an Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro S.A., for September 29
of 2022, at 10 a.m., at the Company’s offices or remotely, within the framework of the
provided in the NCG N? 435 and Circular Letter N*1.141 of the CMF, in order to pronounce
on the capitalization of CORFO contributions up to the amount of $161,480,411,000 and
Tax contributions up to the amount of $ 188,321,155,000.
