In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of the law
N?18.045 and in General Standard N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
duly authorized, I comply with reporting the following essential fact regarding the
Society.
In a meeting held on June 13, 2022, the Board of Directors of Metro S.A. took
knowledge and accepted the resignation presented by Mr. Rubén Alvarado Vigar to the position of
General Manager of the Company, which will be effective as of July 1, 2022.
At the same session he was appointed, effective July 1, 2022, as Interim General Manager
Mr. Felipe Bravo Busta, current Manager of the Projects Division of the company.
