held the ordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled for this date, which was attended by 100% of
the issued shares with voting rights, and the following agreements were taken, among others

(1) The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Auditors’ Report were approved
External corresponding to the year 2022.
(2) The election of the members of the Board of Directors for a period of two years, in which
