Informants, reports as an essential fact the following:
By resolution of the Board of Directors adopted at the regular meeting of April
of 2023, modify the call to the Ordinary General Meeting, in such a way
that this will be held on April 24, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., on Avenida
Apoquindo N* 6550, 18th floor, Las Condes commune, Region
Metropolitan, keeping unchanged the subjects subject to the citation.
The same agreement authorized the undersigned to communicate the variation of the
date of the call, as an essential fact.
