Ref.: Informs resolutions of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF), duly authorized for this purpose and on behalf of Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios de Los Lagos S.A. (the Company), I inform as an essential fact with respect to this Company, that at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company held on that date, in Covadonga number 52, commune and city of Puerto Montt (the Meeting), it was agreed to change the name of the Company, from “Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios de Los Lagos S.A.” to “Suralis S.A.” and to eliminate the reference to the fantasy name of the Company in its bylaws, for which the first article of the statutes of the Company was modified in this regard.
