Ref.: Summons to Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9? and 10″ of Law N*18.045 on the
Securities, and in General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market
((CMF”), duly authorized for this purpose and on behalf of Empresa de Servicios
Sanitarios de Los Lagos S.A. (the “Company”), informed as an essential fact with respect to
of this Company, which in an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on this same date,
it was agreed to summon the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, to be held on 25
May 2023, at 10:00 am in Covadonga street number 52, commune and city of Puerto
Montt (the “Board”).

amendment of statutes is formalized, without prejudice to the use of the trademark “Suralis” by the
Company prior to that date.
