PRESENT
Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9% and paragraph 2? Article 10 of Law N?
18.045, on the Securities Market, and in General Rule N* 30, of the Commission
for the Financial Market, duly authorized for this purpose, I come to inform the following
as an essential fact with respect to society:
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Empresa de Agua Potable Aguas Lo Aguirre
S.A., held on November 21, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., at the offices located in
Huérfanos 979, Santiago, the following agreements were adopted, among others:
(a) Request cancellation in the Commission’s Register of Reporting Entities
for the Financial Market, as the company’s reporting entity,
with particular regard to the provisions of Article 7? of Law No. 18.045 and
Article 6? of the General Law of Health Services, in relation to the obligation to
be governed by the rules of open Corporations contained in the
Article 8? of the same legal body.
(b) It was agreed to amend the bylaws in order to bring articles into line with the rules
relating to closed public limited companies.
In turn, we inform that within the shortest term we will send the background
respectively, such as, minutes of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting duly signed,
reduction to public deed of the referred act, extract duly registered and published and
Copy of the updated bylaws duly certified by the General Manager, in order to give
compliance with the provisions of General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the
Financial market.
