Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 59 and 63 of the Law
N* 18.046, on corporations, I inform you, that the Board of Directors of this
company, agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company Company
Concesionaria de Servicios Sanitarios S.A., to be held on April 27, 2023, to be held on April 27, 2023,
11:00 am, at the offices of the company, located at Calle Monjitas N* 392, Piso
10, Office 1003, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1.- Approval of the Balance Sheet, Annual Report and other Financial Statements to the
December 31, 2022.

3.- Distribution and distribution of profits.
4.- Remuneration of the Board of Directors
5.-. Appointment of external auditors
6.- Designation of the Journal in which the summons to
Shareholders’ Meeting.
7.- Any other matter of social interest that is not specific to a
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.

It is also reported that according to the General Standard
N* 435 and Circular Letter N* 1.141, both of the CMF, will allow participation and
remote voting implementing remote access to said Board through
digital platform that will be notified in a timely manner. The above will be an option and without
prejudice to shareholders being able to attend personally, if circumstances
Allow.
