Ordinary Shareholders.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I hereby inform you that at the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Empresa Concesionaria de Servicios Sanitarios S.A., held on the date of
Today, the following matters were discussed and agreements adopted:
1.- The balance sheet, memory and report of the external auditors, of the
Fiscal year ended December 31, 2021.
2.- It was agreed that the general policy of the company is to proceed with the distribution of the
100% of the final profits of future business years, in the event that the
is subject to and subject to the financial needs of the Company.
3.- It was agreed not to distribute profits.
4.- The election of the Board of Directors was carried out
5.- The remuneration of the Board of Directors was agreed.
6.- For the financial year 2022, EY was appointed Professional Services of

7.- The electronic newspaper “El Mostrador” was designated for the publications of the

8- It was reported that the company has not entered into contracts with parties
related to the Board of Directors and executives of the Company. In addition, it was reported that no
Director has received remuneration paid by the company for different functions or jobs
to the exercise of their office.

the respective Act, which is attached.
