Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 59 and 63 of Law N*
18.046, on corporations, I inform you that the Board of Directors of this company,
agreed to summon the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company Empresa Concesionaria de
Servicios Sanitarios S.A., to be held on April 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at
offices of the company, located at Calle Monjitas N* 392, Piso 10, Oficina 1003, Santiago,
in order to deal with the following matters:
1.- Approval of the Balance Sheet, Report and other Financial Statements as of 31
December 2021.
2.- Determine dividend policy.
3.- Distribution and distribution of profits.
4.- Election of the Board of Directors
5.- Remuneration of the Board of Directors
6.-. Appointment of external auditors
7.- Designation of the Journal in which the summonses to the Board of
Shareholders.
8.- Any other matter of social interest that is not specific to a Board
Extraordinary Shareholders.
It is also reported that according to the General Standard
N* 435 and Circular Letter N* 1.141, both of the CMF, will allow participation and
remote voting implementing remote access to said Board through platform
digital that will be notified in a timely manner. The foregoing shall be an option and without prejudice to the fact that the
shareholders may attend in person, if circumstances permit.
