From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
as well as the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and other applicable regulations of
Your Commission, and duly empowered, communicate to you as an Essential Fact that:
On February 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., a self-convened Meeting was held
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the company Eletrans S.A., in which it was agreed to distribute
an eventual dividend of $6,981,000 from the United States of America, charged to the
reserve of future eventualities and dividends, representing a dividend of $ 179 dollars for
every action.
At the same Meeting it was agreed that this dividend will be paid no later than February 10, at
those shareholders who are registered in the respective Registry at midnight of
Fifth business day prior to that date.
