From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
as well as what is indicated by the General Standard N * 30 and other applicable regulations of
Your Commission, and duly empowered, communicate to you as an Essential Fact that:
That on June 24, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., a Self-convened Meeting was held.
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the company Eletrans S.A., in which it was agreed to distribute
a eventual dividend of $9,009,000 from the United States of America, charged to the
Reserve of future eventualities and dividends for the year ended December 31, 2021,
which represents a dividend of $ 231 dollars for each share.
At the same Meeting it was agreed that this dividend will be paid on July 8 to those shareholders
that are registered in the respective Registry at midnight of the fifth working day prior to
that date.
