The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 22, 2023, agreed to convene
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, for April 26 of this year, at 11:00 a.m., with the
object of treating the own matters of this type of Boards.
Given the health emergency situation that the country is still experiencing, the shareholders’ meeting will be
will hold by teleconference, through the Teams platform, which will be informed
timely to shareholders.
Shareholders representing 100% of the shares have confirmed their attendance at the Meeting
