Ref.: Communicates resolutions of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
For my consideration: In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10? of Law No. 18.045 and
in the General Standard N* 30 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market, and being
duly empowered to do so, I come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, that in
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Electrolux de Chile S.A., held today, adopted the
following agreements:
a) The Report of the Balance Sheet of the Financial Statements corresponding to the
exercise between 1? of January and December 31, 2021 and the Auditors’ Report
External.
b) It was approved that the profits of the Fiscal Year 2021 were allocated, in their entirety, to absorb
partially accumulated losses.
c) The Shareholders’ Meeting was informed that there have been no resolutions of the Board of Directors regarding
operations referred to in Title XVI of the Law on Corporations, subsequent to the last
Shareholders’ Meeting.
(d) It was agreed that directors shall not receive any remuneration for the performance of their duties.
during Fiscal Year 2022.
e) It was agreed to appoint Pricewaterhouse Coopers as external auditors for the financial year 2022
Consultants, Auditors and Limited Company.
f) The Dividend Policy for 2022 was approved.
g) It was agreed to designate the newspaper La Segunda for the publication of notices of summons to meetings of
shareholders and other publications required by law during the year 2022.
