Dear Sir or Madam:
Duly authorized by Eléctrica Puntilla S.A., a public limited company registered in the Securities Registry under
number 1083 (the “Company” or the “Company”), and pursuant to Article 9? and in the subsection
second of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045, and numeral 2.2. of Section II of the General Standard
N? 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “Commission”), I come to report the following fact
essential with respect to the Company and its business:
The Board of Directors of the Company, in session of this date, agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”),
to be held on April 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the social offices located on Orinoco Street
N* 90, office 1102, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region to deal with the following matters:
1. Review of the Company’s situation and the report of the external auditors and the approval or
rejection of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year 2022.
2. Election of external auditors for the financial year 2023.
3. Report of the Directors’ Committee.
4. Remuneration of the Board of Directors.
5. Remuneration of the Directors’ Committee and determination of the operating expenditure budget
of the Directors’ Committee and its advisors.
6. Other matters that are of social interest and that are not specific to an extraordinary meeting of
Shareholders.
At the aforementioned Meeting, the Company will arbitrate the corresponding sanitary measures to ensure the
safety of the attendees and the normal development of the Board.
