In compliance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law No. 18,046 and the provisions of the Commission
for the Financial Market (CMP), I inform you that the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
of the company EFE Valparaíso S.A., will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 11:30 a.m.,
in the offices of Viana Street N*1685, commune of Viña del Mar. The Meeting will be held in the form of
in person, without prejudice to which Shareholders may participate and vote, by technological means
suitable, according to General Regulations N* 435 and Circular Letter N* 1141, issued
by the Commission for the Financial Market.
The purpose of the Meeting will be to know, propose and pronounce on the following matters:
1. Submit for approval the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Report of the External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
Distribution of Profits for the year 2022.
Appoint the External Auditors for the period 2023.
Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Information on operations with related parties provided for in Law No. 18,046 on
Corporations; and
Deal with other matters of social interest within the competence of the Ordinary Meeting, in accordance with the
Law and the Bylaws.

initiation.
