Values, and being duly empowered to this effect, I inform you that in the Fourth Session
Ordinary Board of Directors of EFE Valparaíso S.A., held on April 8, 2022, was taken
knowledge of the resignation of the General Manager Mr. Jorge Gómez Ubilla, for personal reasons, to
count from today, April 28, 2022.
Likewise, the Board of Directors appointed the Passenger Manager, Mrs. María Alicia Sánchez Rozas, as
Interim General Manager effective April 29, 2022.
