Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of letter b numeral 2 of paragraph | of General Standard N2 475,
as well as with the provisions of paragraph 2.2 of Section Il of General Standard N2 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I inform you
as an essential fact that, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company held on April 27
of 2023, the following were agreed, among other matters:
1. To appoint as directors of the company EFE SUR S.A. the following persons: Carola Venegas Bravo,
Camilo Huneeus Guzmán, Eric Martin González, Ximena Andrea Moya Roa, and Juan Antonio Carrasco
Montagna, who will exercise their position for a new period of 3 years, that is, between the years
2023 to 2026,
2. Appoint EY Servicios as external auditors of the company during the year 2023
Professionals of Audit and Advisories Limited.
