In accordance with the provisions of letter b numeral 2 of paragraph | of the Character Standard
General No. 2 475 and paragraph 2.2. of section Il of General Standard N2 30, both
of the former Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today the Commission for the Financial Market,
communicates as an essential fact that as of last Friday, traffic of
trains over the railway bridge over the Bio Bio River, including passenger train transit
carried out by EFE Sur S.A., in order to ensure the safety of railway operations.
In order to ensure continuity of services, provision has been made for transhipment to
buses of train passengers that circulate between Juan Pablo Segundo stations in San Pedro
of La Paz and Concepción.
