Mat.: Informs Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders EFE Sur S.A.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law 18,046 and the provisions of Circular No. 614
of the former SVS, today CMF, we inform you that the Board of Directors of EFE Sur S.A. has summoned the Board of Directors
Extraordinary Shareholders for Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at
offices located at Avenida Padre Hurtado N” 570, 4th floor, commune of Concepción, and in it
Shareholders who so wish shall have the right to participate and vote remotely using the
technological platform defined by the Board of Directors and that has been informed in the respective letter
of citation.
The matters to be dealt with on this occasion will be the following:
1. Approve the signing of a lease on the. New trains owned by
EFE, to be used for passenger services maintained by EFE Sur S.A.
2. Adopt such other agreements as may be relevant to the conclusion of the agreements to be made.
