Ref.: Informs resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting/
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 92 and second paragraph of Article 102 of Law No. 18,045,
as well as with the provisions of paragraph 2.2 of Section Il of General Standard N2 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I communicate to
you, as an essential fact, the following:
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of EFE Central S.A. held on December 29
of 2022, it was agreed:
1.- Approve the subscription of Additive N2 2 to the Contract for the Provision of Transport Services and
Provision of Traffic Control on the EFE Network, signed between the State Railway Company
and Trenes Metropolitanos S.A. (now EFE Central S.A.), dated January 12, 2021.
2 Approve the subscription of Additive N2 2 to the Contract for the Provision of Services, signed between the
Empresa de los Ferrocarriles del Estado y Trenes Metropolitanos S.A. (now EFE Central S.A.), dated 12
January 2021.
3.- Approve the subscription by EFE Central S.A. of a Debt Acknowledgement with the
Empresa de los Ferrocarriles del Estado, for a set of invoices accumulated as of November 29,
2022, whose payments have not been made by EFE Central S.A.
