Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 92 and the second paragraph of Article 102 of Law No. 18,045, as well as
as with paragraph 2.2 of Section Il of Commission General Standard No. 30
for the Financial Market (CMF), and being duly empowered to do so, I communicate to you, in
“essential facts” means the following:
1.- On August 8, 2022, they have been appointed as directors of the company EFE Arica – La
Paz S.A., to the following persons:
Mr. Eric Martin González, replacing Pedro Pablo Errázuriz Domínguez; and
Mrs. Jacqueline Herrera Orrego, replacing Mr. Patricio Pérez Gómez.
The new directors assumed their positions with the same date and will remain until the celebration
of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company.
2.- Likewise, on that same date, August 8, 2022, the appointment of Mr. Eric Martin was agreed.
González as President of the company and Mr. Ricardo Montecino Leonard as Vice President.
