Duly authorized by EF Securitizadora S.A., a company registered in the Securities Registry
of Public Offering under the N? 782 (the “Company” or the “Company”), and pursuant to the provisions
in Articles 9 and 10? of Law N? 18.045, and in General Standard No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I have come to report on the following essential fact concerning
to the Society:
On March 27, 2023, EF Securitizadora S.A., issuer of equity debt securities
separated N? 5, registered under number 486, and Banco de Chile, in its capacity as representative of
The holders of debt securities of said separate patrimony, subscribed an amendment to the
Issuance contract that appears in the general deed signed on October 6, 2006 at the notary
of Santiago de don René Benavente Cash and its modifications, and in the special deed subscribed
on October 6, 2006 in the same notary and its modifications. This amendment was approved.
by the Board of Directors of EF Securitizadora S.A. in an extraordinary meeting held on March 24,
this year, with the abstention of the director Antonio Siri, in accordance with the provisions of the
Title XVI of Law No. 18.046 on Corporations.
