From our consideration:
Duly authorized by EF Securitizadora S.A., a company registered in the Securities Registry
of Public Offering under the N? 782 (the “Company” or the “Company”), and pursuant to the provisions
in Articles 9 and 10? of Law N? 18.045, and in General Standard No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I have come to report on the following essential fact concerning
to the Society:
On January 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of EF Securitizadora S.A., issuer of debt securities
of the BBOTS-PSA, BITAS-P6C and BITAS-P6D series of the separate heritage N? 5, inscribed under
Number 486, agreed to proceed with the prepayment of coupons of debt securities of the senior series and
subordinate singled above, in accordance with the provisions of the general deed
subscribed on October 6, 2006 at the notary of Santiago of Mr. René Benavente Cash and his
modifications, and in the special deed signed on October 6, 2006 in the same notary and
its modifications.
At the time of prepayment, the prepaid price shall become past due and payable in favour of
Series A, C and D Debt Securities to be prepaid and, unless the Issuer fails to comply
With the prepayment, interest will cease to accrue from and after that date.
The amount to be prepaid will be as follows:
