From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, and duly empowered to
this, I comply with informing you, as an Essential Fact, that in Assembly
Extraordinary Contributors of the Investment Fund ECU Agri-Food, in Liquidation (in
hereafter the “Fund”), held on April 27, 2023, was agreed, among others
matters, appoint as liquidator of the Fund to Amicorp General Administrator of Funds
S.A., granting it all the attributions and faculties that are necessary for it to proceed
to the liquidation of the Fund.
