Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, and duly empowered to
therefore, I comply with informing you, as an Essential Fact, that we have been informed
that in the board meeting of Ama Time SpA, held yesterday, October 12,
2022, it was agreed to reissue its financial statements for the year ended December 31
of 2021, for the following reasons: (i) in 2021 an auditor’s report recommended
the functional currency exchange to the United States dollar, which is
implemented as of January 1, 2022. However, we understand that it would correspond
prepare them in that currency from the year of issuance of said report, i.e. the
year 2021; and (ii) an unintentional error was detected in accounting for the depreciation of
fixed assets on the occasion of a technical revaluation, which will have a positive effect on
the financial statements of the company.
To date, Ama Time SpA is the only investment of the Agri-
Food (hereinafter the “Fund”), so the reissue of its financial statements has a
material effect on the financial statements of the Fund, and will therefore also have a material effect
reissue its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021, including
when they will be kept in pesos.
This situation was reported today to the Fund’s Supervisory Committee which
It met at 4:00 p.m.
