In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Market
of Securities and Article 18 of Law N* 20. 712 on Third-Party Fund and Portfolio Management
Individuals, being duly empowered to that effect, I hereby come in
inform that Commission, as an essential fact, of Ecus Administradora General de Fondos S.A.,
The following:
a) That yesterday, August 11, the irrevocable resignation of Juan was learned
Cristóbal Recart Salas and Mr. Tat Cheung Wong as Director of the Society, with effect
from that same date, which was accepted by the General Manager of the Company.
b) The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Kiran Kumar and Mrs. Ramona Laura as their replacement.
Niculae, until the next ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
