That at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2022, the
total renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company, being integrated by Mrs. Souraya
Toufic Moukheiber Radwan, and Mr. Tat Cheung Wong, Mr. Chi Kin Lai, Mr. Juan Cristóbal Recart
Salas and Mario Roberto Baigorri Hernández.
