In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market

For its part, in order to facilitate the participation of people who are not
physically at the venue of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, and in line with the
Measures and recommendations issued by the health authority as a result of the outbreak of
Coronavirus, the directors agreed to enable the use of technological means that
allow the shareholders of the Company and the contributors of
the funds that it administers, at the respective shareholders’ meeting or contributors’ meeting,
and to other persons who by law and regulatory, statutory or contractual regulations are required
attend them, which will be duly informed, through the respective channels
of official communication.
