Singular Asset Management Administrator
General de Fondos S.A.
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of the articles
9* and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, Article 18? of Law No. 20.712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and General Standard N*%30
of that Commission, we inform you, as an Essential Fact, that today Econsult
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. has signed a non-binding agreement with Singular Asset
Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A., whose purpose is to initiate the negotiation of
the acts and contracts necessary for the latter to replace the former in the administration of the
Econsult BIF IV Infrastructure Investment Fund Investment Fund, in accordance with the terms and conditions that
are indicated in that agreement.
