By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and paragraph 2 ” of article 10 of Law 18,045, and
provided in General Standard N*30, Section II N*2.2. and 2.3, we inform you,
as an essential fact, that in the Ordinary Directory that took place yesterday,
August 01, 2022, Mr. Jose Ramón Valente Vias has been appointed as Director
replacing the vacancy left by Mrs. Catalina Rosende Jurgensen.
This situation has no effect on the management company, its financial situation or
yield.
