Ref: Communicates Essential Fact – Agreement with Principal
Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
Dear Madam President,
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of the articles
9″ and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, Article 18″ of Law No. 20.712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and General Standard No. 30
of that Commission, we inform you, as an Essential Fact, that today Econsult
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. has signed a commercial agreement with Principal
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. whose purpose is to execute, jointly, the acts
necessary for the second to replace the first in the administration of the Econsult Global fund
Pesos Investment Fund, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the aforementioned
agreement.
Under that agreement, Principal General Fund Administrator
S.A., once it assumes the administration of the fund, will hire the services of Econsult Asesoría
of Inversiones S.A. so that it advises it in making investment decisions of the fund regarding
of all types of securities and investment instruments, such as stocks, bonds, bank deposits,
both locally and internationally, in accordance with investment and diversification policies
referred to in the Fund’s Internal Regulations.
