In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph
second of the Securities Market Law, by means of the present I inform
You, as an essential fact, that on April 25 of this year,
an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Econsult has been held
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in which,
communicated the resignation of Mr. Alfonso Salas Montes, to the position of Manager
General, as of May 16, 2022. The Board accepted the resignation
and, thanked Mr. Salas for his commitment, professionalism and
Contribution delivered during its management.
Likewise, at the same extraordinary session, it agreed to
unanimity of the Board of Directors, to appoint Mrs. Catalina Anfossi Díaz, as
General Manager of this Administrator, who will assume the position on the 16th of
May 2022.
